| LULAC Project Amistad (LPA) is chartered in the State of Texas as a non-profit, 501 (c) (3), non-partisan, non-sectarian, non-political, and non-religious, social service agency created in 1976, under the auspices of the Texas League of United Latin American Citizens, District IV El Paso to provide direct delivery of services for the elderly and adult persons with disabilities. LPA is governed by a board of directors comprised of one member from each of the El Paso LULAC Councils and four community-at-large members. |
